
Training Overview
In order to ensure users are able to utilize LDMS to its full potential, Frontier Science provides a variety of training opportunities to help familiarize end-users with LDMS, including virtual, on-site, and self-led training. Refer to the Training Schedule page to view upcoming training opportunities.
Training Opportunities
Virtual
A variety of virtual training opportunities are available, such as the Web LDMS introductory Training webinar, as well as project-specific training sessions that can be scheduled by labs. End-users can register for an LDMS Introductory Training session or request ad hoc trainings for their lab.
Onsite
Various on-site services can be provided by Frontier Science, such as in-person training sessions organized at a laboratory’s location, assessments of lab setups, or consultations regarding the integration of LDMS into a lab’s current workflow. General trainings are offered, as well as lab- and project-specific trainings.
Self-Training
Utilize the various training materials on the LDMS website for self-guided training, including user manuals, recorded videos describing the various aspects of the system, and recorded webinars. End-users can also take a proficiency exam to test their knowledge of LDMS and earn a certificate.
