New Features:
- Added new TREM QA Testing Scheme: First 15 + All IND. The Schema will flip QA from N to Y for the first 15 instances of a household tester ID, and for all rows having ID3 HIVRT of IND. (R-43651)
- Added an “Active” checkbox to the TREM template tab. This checkbox is checked by default for new templates. If a template is not checked as active, it will not appear in the TREM results tab template drop down. (R-43657)
