LDMS Regional Training in Johannesburg
A Regional LDMS Introductory Workshop is planned to take place on January 27th – 29th, 2016 at BARC South Africa in Richmond, Johannesburg.
Frontier Science will support the training materials and pay for the trainers’ time and preparation, but each participating laboratory will be required to share the cost of travel expenses for two LDMS trainers to travel from Amherst, New York to Johannesburg, South Africa. Conducting this training jointly in Johannesburg will result in significantly reduced training costs for each interested site. This training will not be confirmed until adequate interest has been established. Do not make travel arrangements until this training and your seating are confirmed.
Estimated costs based on participation are included in the attached travel quote. Seating is limited. If your staff desires to participate in this training, please sign and email the completed travel quote back to Mary Wojcik-Cross by Monday, December 7th, 2015, then complete the registration form for each attendee. Seating will not be reserved unless the completed travel quote has been received by the LDMS training team. Your laboratory will be invoiced for actual costs, after the training has been completed. This training will be conducted in English. The proposed training agenda, fact sheet, and travel quote are attached. Attendees will be responsible for purchasing their own coffee/tea breaks & lunch on all training days.
