Frontier Science is pleased to announce the release of LDMS for the Web version 10.2. Below is a full list of changes for this release.

  • When a user saves or edits a pending or historical shipment, the system now only refreshes the grid of shipments instead of the entire page (R-37278)
  • Users no longer need to unimport an imported batch in order to adjust the batch temp (R-38458)
  • Deleting a sample now also deletes any associated pending shipment QA/QC (R-39648)
  • Increased speed of loading patient records with multiple enrollments (R-40357)

  • Cryopreservation test fields now allow range 0-100 (inclusive) decimal numbers with fractional digits (R-41211)
  • Specimen management cryo data entry screen now allows for Total Cell Yield After Separation values of 0 to 9999.9 (R-41220)
  • Abbott RealTime HIV-1 RNA and COBAS TaqMan HIV-1 test runs no longer require the VQA200 control (R-41249)
  • PK test results of null or -1 are no longer system censored (R-41263)
  • PK Test Participant Reports now display NA concentration when a null or -1 result is used (R-41264)
  • PK Test now allows dilution to be set on controls and calibrators (R-41292)
  • The transaction log report now shows the timestamp in lab local time with the associated time zone abbreviation (R-41388)
  • 1D and 2D barcode reports are now sorted more intuitively (R-41418)
  • Assay Censor Code report updated to notate system and user censors that are no longer available to assign moving forward but may still be seen on older runs converted from windows LDMS (R-41419)
  • When a user attempts to run a report without any criteria, LDMS now warns the user that it could take a long time to run the report (R-41442)
  • LDMS password policy updated to match Frontier Science’s new password policy (R-41594)
  • When a user saves shipment QA/QC, the popup now remains open and a success image is displayed (R-41845)
  • Specimen Management aliquot grid and Specimen Picker popup specimen grid now include a Storage Position column that displays the full storage path of the aliquot (R-41846 & R-41847)
  • Historical Shipments grid now includes a Sending Lab Batch Number column (R-41848)
  • Added button to storage tree in Stored Samples page that closes all units, levels, and containers (R-41850)
  • BarcodeLabel41 updated to make the 1D barcode larger (R-41898)
  • Shipment import preview now displays the sending lab’s shipment number (R-42059)
  • Updated long description of ACTG/IMPAACT to “ACTG/IMPAACT” (R-42091)
  • QA/QC edit now displays the shipment number in the window title and header (R-42136)
  • HPTN ID3 check has been removed for all enrollments (R-42343)

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed issue where internal groups were not imported properly (R-17864)
  • Fixed issue where saving a project and changing ID2 or ID3 from type “List” to “Any” resulted in an error (R-37408)
  • Fixed issue where a XLIMS shipping file import would fail when importing a shipment with missing draw date/time (R-39900)
  • Fixed issue where editing a participant could result in the Project field being displayed as invalid (R-40769)
  • Fixed issue where, when changing the ID1 field of a participant to an invalid value, the error message is displayed multiple times (R-40770)
  • Fixed issue where a user with full access to the shipping module could not add storage units/levels/containers to a shipment and ship it out if they did not have access to the storage module (R-40779)
