From the LDMS menu, navigate to Shipping, then select
Shipment History.
In the dropdown menu of a received shipment, select Add New Shipment
Evaluation.
On the Create Shipment Evaluation screen, indicate whether
the received shipment had any reportable problems, and enter a comment and attach an
evaluation form as needed.
If the user indicates that the shipment did have reportable problems, at least one
problem code must be added. The user may also indicate whether the shipment is
considered resolved.
