Frontier Science works with laboratories from all around the world, with people from many different projects and backgrounds. All users can get on-demand one-on-one support, including remote assistance with tasks like installing or recovering a backup.

There are no additional costs for support or web-based training. Trainings are often arranged at the need and request of individual laboratories. If additional training is needed, laboratories can come to Frontier Science or we can send a trainer to you.
